Our quest for the perfect cup of coffee meant we had to drink lots before we found the perfect blend. Hard work but we got through. We work a roaster from Gloucestershire who buy and import organic fair trade coffee, meaning we know the good people who farm and harvest it are getting well looked after for their hard work. We use a Peruvian and Indonesian blend at The County Kitchen which is ground freshly for each cup served by our trained Barista (Rebecca) We are serious about producing great coffee taste. We filter our water before it enters our Espresso machine. This awesome bit of kit was a big and very worthwhile investment.
Our Wega Coffee Machine
We are serious about producing the best coffee taste. We filter our water for purity before it enters our coffee machine. We use a Wega, it was a big investment for The County Kitchen....but so worth it.
